The villa includes: Four spacious bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and air conditioning.

• The fourth bedroom, perfect for children or staff, features a bunk bed (full-size and twin).

Booking and Cancellation Policies

• For security, all guests must provide identification to access the private villa community.
• Flexible cancellation policy with full refunds for cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in, 50% refund between 7-13 days, and no refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.

House Rules

• Check-in at 3:00 PM, with early check-in available for an additional fee.
• Maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
• Unauthorized guests and parties are prohibited.
• Smoking is allowed only outside, and a cleaning fee of $650 will be charged if violated.
• Check-out time is at 12:00M
